Any user experience with Lightroom 4 beta? What are key differences between 3 and 4?

I've got Lightroom 4. Not used it much yet, but i'm impressed so far. I wasn't a Lightroom 3 user really, but have read that it has more functionality and gives better results from RAW files. Let me know if you have any specific questions about 4 and i'll do my best to answer them.

I've been reading several posts on topics "lightrooms 3 vs 4" and still have a lot of confusion because couldn't find significant differences. For instance, http://www.kentyuphotography.com/blog/2 ... ghtroom-3/

I need to adjust brightness and contrast because I'm not big fan of huge "digital surgeries". Sometimes I apply adjustments for a group of pictures. That's all.

I am a lightroom convert - probably using more than photoshop at the moment I ve been making my own presets and batch processing similar photos.
