Help required

I don't quite know how or why it has happened but I seem to have 2 accounts. I think I might have signed in or registered with another website's log in details and uploaded 3 photos before reaslising that I was not in my usual profile page and all my other upoaded photos had disappeared. When I try to upload the 3 photos again into my correct account I can't do so because I am told they have already been uploaded. How can I correct the situation????
