- Street entertainers

I recommend Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier too.

I also recommend going on the walk from Venice Beach to Santa Monica Pier. You'll find lots of things to take pictures of!

Thanks for all your posts - I went to most of the locations suggested and lots more! - the getty was really good. I ended up in the desert . remote but awesome locations well worth a visit.
