Thank you, ALwin, for the information regarding geotagging.
If you decide to travel in Greece, my offer still stands. We can talk about it when the time comes.
I'll look forward to seeing more of your photos as you get them uploaded.
Keep up the good work,
Thanassis

Thanks, I'll keep your offer in mind. Just uploaded a few photos right now, since the office was closed for May Day, a group of us went hiking through a canyon (gorge) in Neuchâtel. Check my flickr page.

Yes, that's why my location is stated as Geneva, Switzerland. :D I don't work as a photographer though, it's just a passion for me. My day job is a web blacklisted_site consultant.

Hi A.Lwin,

It's Tuesday about 11p.m. in Greece. I just brought my wife back home from the Ballet school where she teaches, and when I opened the computer I saw your message. I will definitely have a look at your canyon photographs. I have decided to spend some time photographing various points of interest in Athens. I started with the Acropolis which I photographed on April 29th and 30th, and today May 2nd, and have already uploaded a few of these photographs to my flickr Photostream. ( I haven't taken close up pictures of the Parthenon as they are doing restoration work and there are cranes and scaffolding every where up on the Acropolis).

Goodnight,

Thanassis

Sorry about the late announcement on this challenge. The bank holiday weekends always get in the way! :D

Congratulations this month to Nick who is the April forum challenge winner. This is a great self portrait that makes excellent use out of the props and appears humourous yet somewhat disturbing at the same time. Great work.

I really love the expression of this portrait. If there was a story behind this, I think this could be one of the possible lines: You woke up with a strong hangover and your date from last night just told you something shocking. :D

Alwin , for the story behind the picture....

this was shot because some photo-friends gave me the bet to make a serie with me beeing a rockstar...in three parts :
- on stage
- kissing a fan
- after a hard night of party of a rockstar ;)

you can check the full serie on my flickr as we're always friends on this website ;)

Thanks, that just makes it more interesting. And I do browse my friends' photo galleries, but lately since my DSL is still down having to browse with a mobile modem which charges by the day.
