Erddig & Chirk Castle

Went on a whistle stop tour of a couple of NT properties yesterday, few images below.

Interior shots taken at Chirk Castle, North Wales, and proved quite a challenge, as with pretty much all NT properties, no flash or tripods allowed, so these were shot at ISO 2000. Wondering if might get away with a gorillapod next time, worth a try I suppose.

Almost cost me a small fortune this trip as well, camera bag over my shoulder very nearly took out a priceless vase as it swung behind me, yikes!

Oooooh never a good thing to have happen lol, happened to me at Dartington Crystal once...since then i cringe whenever anyone drops a glass...thankfully it was only a single wine glass - not the whole 6 tier display

Anyway, I love the colour interior shot, 4th down, the colours and light are gorgeous - has a vintage feel to it with the processing
