Beginners Gallery

Perhaps a beginners' gallery for those who have only been shooting for under 2/3 years. It would allow users to quickly identify other beginners and perhaps encourage positive critism, etc. It can be a bit daunting if all you see are images from those in the know or the time to do a lot of post processing.
If you saw a man drowning and you could either save him or photograph the event...what kind of film would you use?
