I saw these two ducks strolling together towards the lake. I sneaked up on them then put my tripod in a low angle position 3 to 4 feet away and took this photo. The two lovers posed perfectly still on this beautiful late afternoon at Lake Sebu.

Here's another shot from Lake Sebu set...

This was my last shot of the day as a dark storm clouds approached, I was amazed how the sunlight light up the leading edge of the storm clouds.

On my last visit of Nagsasa Cove, we got some fantastic morning sunrise and cloud formations. After few unsuccessful long exposure attempts, I was able to capture the unexpected cloud formation reflecting in the calm pooled water like a mythical sacred firebird

The Mt. Matutum being hit by sunlight from the setting sun. I used the two trees to frame the inactive volcano which is my point of interest. Much of the mountain is located in the municipalities of Tupi, and Polomolok in South Cotabato. Part of it also lies in the province of Sarangani.

PALAYAN
A long exposure shot capturing the rich green shoots of newly transplanted rice seedlings or "palay" in Tagalog language on a cloudy evening. A graduated ND 0.75 and CPL filters was used. Photo taken in Koronadal City located in the Southern part of the Philippines.
