Sao Paulo, cold, sky closed. The Paraíba Valley (Portuguese: Vale do Paraíba) is a micro-region of the eastern part of the state of São Paulo. It is located within rodovia Presidente Dutra (BR-101), between Rio De Janeiro and São Paulo.
